Manual handling
We offer this IOSH approved online training courses via a video based online platform.
It involves watching a series of short training videos and completing a 20 question multiple choice test at the end. You need 70% to pass and you have the option to retake the test if you don’t pass first time at no extra cost. Once passed you can download and print your certificate.

The course covers:
- Safe lifting techniques, including 'LITE' and 'TILE'
- How to carry out 'LITE' assessments
- How to correct bad postural habits
