Quantity Surveyor - West London / City of London
Our client is a specialist subcontractor that works on high end projects across London. Their product is incredibly niche and they are market leaders in what they do.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their close knit team working between their West London office, Central London sites as well as working from home once you are settled in. As a Subcontractor, our client requires someone that will be able to think on their feet, stand their ground under pressure and work cohesively with the main contractor.
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have/be:
- A qualification or degree relating to Quantity Surveying
- Client facing and presentable
- Strong Numeracy skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: West London office, sites around London
- Salary: £60 - 80k per annum
