Site Manager
Site Manager - Westminster/Central London
Our client is a high end residential refurbishment contractor.
They are looking for reliable and dedicated a Site Manager to join their team working on projects with values of around £1-4mil. Their projects are all over a year long and they always have a pipeline of work so can keep the right person busy ongoing.
They want a Site Manager that will bring energy, team spirit and comradery to the site to fit in with their current group of lads! They also have an excellent supply chain making sure the project runs as smoothly as possible and, ultimately, making your life easier!
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 1 years Site Manager experience working on luxury resi projects
- A Carpentry background
- SMSTS and First Aid
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Westminster / City of London
- Salary: £250 - £280 per day
