Senior Quantity Surveyor - Kensington

Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb projects and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team working between their office and sites. You will be managing a team of Quantity Surveyors work on luxury residential refurbishments from £1-10mil. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that is well-renowned in the sector and is looking to grow further.

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have/be:

  • A RICS qualification
  • Circa 5yrs experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on high end residential projects
  • Client facing and presentable
  • Strong Numeracy skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job details:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Location: Office - Kensington, Sites - Central/West London
  • Salary: £75-85,000 per annum

    Main Duties:

    • Digging strip footings & test holes
    • Underpinning and foundation works
    • Demolition works

    Requirements:

    • Relevant experience
    • Contactable references
    • CSCS Card
    • Happy to muck in

    Job Details:

    • Monday - Friday
    • Rates: £190-200p/d CIS
    • Standard hours 8am-5pm
    • Ongoing work
