Job description

Demolition Operative - North Sheen

We are looking for experienced demolition operatives for a high-end residential project based in North Sheen, Southwest London.

Main Duties:

  • Soft strip demolition.
  • Using kango/breaker and other power tools such as angle grinder.
  • Moving materials around site.
  • Keeping site clean and general tidying.

Requirements:

  • CSCS Card required.
  • Hand tools & drill set
  • Contactable references.

Job Details:

  • Start: ASAP
  • Standard hours 8am-5pm
  • 5 weeks
  • Monday to Friday - weekly pay
  • Location: North Sheen, London
  • Rates between £650 - £700p/w before tax CIS

    • Experience on high spec residential

    • NVQ2 carpentry or City & Guilds required.
    • Must have own full set of tools.
