Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across England and deals with very exclusive clients.
They are looking for a Site Manager to working on a project in Manchester to start ASAP. They require someone with experience as a Site Manager working on fit out projects with an M&E bias. The project will run until the end of the year and potentially through till April 2024. The right candidate will be kept on long term with the company as they have a strong pipeline of work.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out and M&E projects
- Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office

- Salary: £240-260 per day (depending on experience)
