Our client is a luxury residential refurbishment contractor.
They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Site Manager to join their team to run a large scale high end residential refurbishment. The right candidate will have a history of completing luxury residential refurbishments with a refurb value of £5mil . The project is over a year long and they always have a pipeline of work so can keep the right person busy ongoing.
They want a Site Manager that will bring energy, team spirit and comradery to the site to fit in with their current group of lads!
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 3 years Site Manager experience working on high end resi projects
- Experience of completing a project valued at £5mil
- A Carpentry background
- SMSTS and First Aid

- Strong knowledge and experience in reviewing and submitting permits, RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements), and conducting safety inductions, including toolbox talks.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Office, to ensure smooth project management and reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to paperwork and documentation.
