Our client carries out incredible commercial fit out and refurbishment projects throughout London.
They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Contracts Manager to join their team managing a number of luxury fit out projects on five star hotels, flagship stores and restaurants. The right candidate will have a history of working on similar projects.
The ideal Contracts Manager will have:
- Minimum of 2 years Contracts Management experience working on luxury commercial fit out projects
- Experience working closely with the QS commercial team
- Experience chairing client meetings and dealing with exclusive clients and stakeholders
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: City of London
- Salary: £300 to £350 per day
