Our client is a fit out company that works on projects across London.
They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Site Manager to manage a commercial fit out project based in Chiswick. It will be an initial 4 month project with the view to another 4 months if the client wins the second phase of work. The right candidate will have a strong background managing projects office fit out projects around the £1mil mark. This an excellent opportunity to join an established company with a good run of work.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 2 years Site Management experience on commercial fit out projects
- Good technical knowledge
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Black Card
- Experience handling exclusive clients and architects
- H&S experience with inductions, permits and RAMS
- Running labour and directing sub-contractors
- Excellent IT skills
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Chiswick
- Salary: £240 to £270 per day
