Senior Quantity Surveyor - West London
Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb projects and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team working between their office and sites. You will be managing a team of Quantity Surveyors work on luxury residential refurbishments from £1-10mil. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that is well-renowned in the sector and is looking to grow further.
The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have/be:
- A RICS qualification
- Circa 5yrs experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on high end residential projects
- Client facing and presentable
- Strong Numeracy skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Office - West London, Sites - Central/West London
- Salary: £70-90,000 per annum
