Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our close knit team in our office in Acton, West London.
We are an Aussie/Kiwi owned company that has been operating for 20 years and have built our reputation on integrity and quality - check out our Google reviews! We operate mainly in the high-spec residential refurbishment and commercial fit-out spaces with a list of loyal, long-standing clients that have secured a strong pipeline of work for 2023 and beyond.
The Role
The role will focus mainly on placing construction trades, labour or management staff with an already established list of contractors. It is predominantly a resourcing role on a hot desk with room to grow within the business. This is a fast paced role and the right person will relish the challenge which involves sourcing, placing candidates on assignments and building long term relationships with both workers and clients.

Job Details

Salary: On target earnings £30k
Experience: Any sales background would be great but not essential, the same for any construction knowledge

They are looking for someone with a history of managing high end residential refurb projects from £1-10mil and is comfortable overseeing multiple projects and mulitple Site and Project Managers at once.
In this role you will play a key part in making sure projects are delivered successfully and on time, and in doing so boosting the business' already outstanding reputation in the industry.
The ideal Senior Project Manager / Project Director will have:
- Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience on high end residential refurbishments from £1-8mil
- Ability to run multiple projects at once
- Experience working with exclusive clients and stakeholders
