Receptionist / Administrator

We are a Kiwi owned Construction Recruitment Company that have been around for over 20 years. We are looking for a receptionist to join our busy team. The role will be in our office located in West London.

Duties Include:

  • Handling calls from clients and candidates, meeting and greeting visitors
  • Supporting our payroll department
  • Administrating health and safety tests
  • Maintaining the general office

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organisation and time management - Attention to detail is key in this role
  • Friendly, helpful phone manner
  • The ideal candidate will live in good travelling distance from our office (Acton Central station)
