Receptionist / Administrator
We are a Kiwi owned Construction Recruitment Company that have been around for over 20 years. We are looking for a receptionist to join our busy team. The role will be in our office located in West London.
Duties Include:
- Handling calls from clients and candidates, meeting and greeting visitors
- Supporting our payroll department
- Administrating health and safety tests
- Maintaining the general office
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organisation and time management - Attention to detail is key in this role
- Friendly, helpful phone manner
- The ideal candidate will live in good travelling distance from our office (Acton Central station)

- Salary - £25,000 to £27,000 (dependent on experience)
- Weekly pay holiday pay (pro-rata)
- Full time Mon-Fri - would consider part-time for the right person
