They are looking for an Operations Administrator to join the team working on their domestic projects based in their office in Acton. It is a client focused role where you will be organising and arranging jobs, being the first point of contact for customers and completing general administrative tasks. It is a permanent role with a very stable but growing business.
The ideal Operations Administrator will have:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proactive and enthuastic approach
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Salesforce, Sharepoint)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb projects and are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team.
They are looking for an Estimator to join the team with experience working on high end residential refurbishments. You will spend a lot of time out on site with clients and so must be comfortable in a client facing role. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an already established contractor with a strong pipeline of work and opportunities to progress.
The ideal Estimator will have:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Estimator on high end resi projects
- Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel, Office and Bluebeam.
- Must have management experience, with the ability to lead and oversee project
- Experience in bid management or preparing tender presentations is ideal, with the ability to ensure cost certainty and discuss project pricing during tender meetings.
