Site Manager - Kensington and Chelsea
Our client is a luxury residential refurbishment contractor.
They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Site Manager to join their team to run a high end residential refurbishment. The right candidate will have a history of completing luxury residential refurbishments of single dwellings (not apartments) with a refurb value of £1mil . The project is just under a year long and they always have a pipeline of work so can keep the right person busy ongoing.
They want a Site Manager that will bring energy, team spirit and comradery to the site to fit in with their current group of lads!
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 3 years Site Manager experience working on high end resi projects
- Experience of completing a project valued at £1mil
- A Carpentry background
- SMSTS and First Aid

- Salary: £250 - £290 per day
