Site Manager - Kensington and Chelsea

Our client is a luxury residential refurb company.

They are looking for a Site Manager with a history of working on and completing luxury residential refurbishments throughout London valued at £3mil . The project is just under a year long based in one of London's most exclusive postcodes and the right candidate will be offered future projects to move on to after.

This is a great opportunity to work with one of London's most prestigious residential refurbishment companies!

The ideal Site Manager will have/be:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Site Manager working on high end residential refurbishments
  • From a Carpentry background
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail

    Our clients are well established in the high-end residential construction market with projects in Southwest London & Central London. We are looking for experienced 1st & 2nd fix Carpenter.

    We guarantee weekly pay!

    Main Duties:

    • 1st fix (plaster boarding, timber framing, flooring etc.)
    • 2nd fix (Hanging doors, skirting's, architraves)

    Requirements:

    • Experience on high spec residential
    • CSCS Card strongly preferred.
    • NVQ2 carpentry or City & Guilds required.
    • Must have own full set of tools.

    Job Details:

    • Locations: Southwest London, Central London
    • Ongoing work
    • 8:00am-5:00pm (hours may vary)
    • Mon-Fri. Some weekends may be available.
    • Rates £200p/d CIS
