Site Manager - Westminster
Our client carries out high end commercial and residential fit out projects.
They are looking for a Site Manager to join their team with a background in high end fit out projects. They are looking for someone with experience on projects from circa £200k-£2mil that comes from a trade background, ideally Carpentry. It isn't a paperwork-heavy role but they do need someone that is confident with setting out for all trades and has an excellent eye for detail!
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a crowd with a full order book for this year working on some of London's most exclusive projects!
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 1 years Site Manager experience working on high end fit out projects
- A Carpentry background
- SMSTS and First Aid

Site Manager (BMS, M&E) - East London
Our client is a respected turnkey services contractor that works on projects across London and deals with very exclusive clients. They are looking for a Site Manager with background in BMS, Electrical or Mechanical systems to support the managers on their projects in Canary Wharf. They require someone with experience as Site Manager working in live environments. The right candidate will be kept on for minimum 12 months with the company as they have a strong pipeline of work.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as Site Manager
- M&E or Building Management system experience
- Proven history of reviewing and submitting permits and RAMS
- Very good computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
- Excellent written English and paperwork skills
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
- DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced (will be completed upon appointment if not current)
