Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb and new build projects and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their close knit team working site based and office based around Wimbledon. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to grow with an established contractor. The role offers an unmatched level of autonomy and you will have full control of their QS operations. They were incorporated in 1997 and have an excellent reputation, strong client base and work on some incredible projects.
They are happy to look at candidates with varying levels of experience - from graduates to people with years of experience!
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have/be:
- A qualification or degree relating to Quantity Surveying
- Client facing and presentable
- Strong Numeracy skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Wimbledon
- Salary: £35,000 to £70,000
