Project Manager - Kensington and Chelsea
Our client carries out luxury residential refurbishment projects throughout Central London.
They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Project Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone with a history of managing high end residential refurb projects from £1-8mil and is comfortable overseeing multiple projects at once.
This is a great opportunity to get on board with an established business that has a full order book for the end of 2023 and into 2024 and works on some of the most high end residential refurbishments throughout London.
The ideal Project Manager will have:
- Minimum of 1 years Project Management experience on high end residential refurbishments from £1-8mil
- Ability to run multiple projects at once
- Experience writing and managing a programme of works
- Experience using Procore or similar
- SMSTS and First Aid
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Kensington and Chelsea / Central London
- Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
