Project Manager - Kensington and Chelsea
Our client carries out luxury residential refurbishment projects throughout Central London.
They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Project Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone with a history of managing high end residential refurb projects from £1-8mil and is comfortable overseeing multiple projects at once.
This is a great opportunity to get on board with an established business that has a full order book for the end of 2023 and into 2024 and works on some of the most high end residential refurbishments throughout London.
The ideal Project Manager will have:
- Minimum of 1 years Project Management experience on high end residential refurbishments from £1-8mil
- Ability to run multiple projects at once
- Experience writing and managing a programme of works
- Experience using Procore or similar
- SMSTS and First Aid
Job details:

- Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Working Foreman
Working Foreman - Putney
Our client is a luxury residential refurb company.
They are looking for a Working Foreman from a carpentry background to join their team to work on a high end residential refurbishment project in Putney. You will be on the tools 70% of the time and managing for the other 30%. You'll be working closely with a Site Manager to make sure the operatives on site stay productive.
This is a year long project with a client that has a strong pipeline of work so the right person will be kept busy long term!
The ideal Working Foreman will have/be:
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Working Foreman
- Experience working on high end residential projects
- From a Carpentry background
- Excellent organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail

Our clients are well established in the high end residential construction market with projects in and around South West London and City of London. We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative, rates from £190p/d CIS.
We guarantee weekly pay!

- CSCS Card strongly preferred
