Our client is a high-end residential contractor known for creating and maintaining luxury homes around Central, West and Sout-West London
They are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Handyperson to join their growing team. Your primary focus will be on carpentry with aspects of basic plumbing, electrical work, and decorating. You'll play a key role in keeping their luxury properties in top condition.
Main Duties:
- Carry out high quality carpentry work, including repairs, installations and modifications
- Handle basic plumbing tasks
- Perform basic electrical jobs
- Working in live environments
Requirements:
- Contactable references
- Presentable and professional appearance, with strong customer service skills
- CSCS Card preferred but not essential
- A valid UK driving license (0 points preferably)
Job Details:
- Start ASAP for the right person
- Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
- Occasional overtime on weekend and paid on-call duties
- Earn between £35,000 to £39,000 PAYE direct
- CIS (self-employed) option available
