Maintenance Carpenter - Various locations in Kensington and Chelsea & South West London.
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Carpenter with experience working on high spec residential projects in London.
Candidates must be confident working alone, client facing and self-motivated to complete jobs within a timely manner to a high standard. Jobs are located in various South-West and central locations. The successful candidate will also have access to a company van & fuel card.
Main Duties:
- General maintenance on high spec residential houses
- Including but not limited to; carpentry, fitting doors, changing hinges, replacing ironmongery, replacing skirting, kitchen alternations and various other tasks.
Requirements:
- High end residential maintenance/carpentry experience
- CSCS Card or Certificate
- Own tools required
- Valid, full clean drivers licence

This is a permanent PAYE position for a Trainee Carpenter with great opportunity for training and progression into Supervisor, Site Manager and beyond within an established but growing commercial fit-out company.
