Maintenance carpenter - Various Locations in South West London.
We are looking for an experienced maintenance carpenter for a high end residential client.
Candidates must be confident working alone, client facing and self-motivated to complete jobs within a timely manner to a high standard. Jobs are located in various South-West locations and you will have your transport provided to travel between sites.
Main Duties:
- General maintenance on high spec residential houses
- Including but not limited to; carpentry, fitting doors, changing hinges, replacing ironmongery, replacing skirting, kitchen alternations and various other tasks
Requirements:
- High end resi maintenance/carpenter experience
- CSCS preferred but not essential
- Hand tools and drill
- Valid, clean drivers licence
- DBS or willing to complete one
Job Details:
- Maintenance carpenter
- ASAP for right person
- Temp to perm
- Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. OOH as required
- Rate £200p/d CIS
- Sites around South West London
- Van and fuel card provided by the company
