Carpenter - Kensington and Chelsea, City of London

Our clients are well established in the high end residential and commercial construction market with projects in and around Kensington and Chelsea and City of London. We are looking for experienced 1st & 2nd fix Carpenter for ASAP start, rates from £190p/d CIS.

We guarantee weekly pay!

Current locations:

  • Bayswater
  • Earls Court
  • High St Kensington

Main Duties:

  • 1st fix (plaster boarding, timber framing, flooring etc.)
  • 2nd fix (Hanging doors, skirting's, architraves and SASH windows etc.)

Requirements:

  • Experience on high spec residential or commercial construction sites
  • CSCS Card strongly preferred
  • NVQ2 carpentry or City & Guilds strongly preferred
  • Must have own full set of tools

Job Details:

  • Ongoing work
  • 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Mon-Fri - Some weekends available
  • Rates from £190-£200p/d CIS

    We are looking for multiple experienced labourers for high end residential and commercial projects across West and Central London.

    Main Duties:

    • Assisting trades on site
    • Clearing Waste and filling skips
    • Moving materials around site
    • General labouring and keeping site clean

    Requirements:

    • CSCS Card
    • Relevant experience in the UK
    • 2 x Contactable references

    Job Details:

    • Start: ASAP
    • Locations: West and Central London
    • Rates between £540-600 per week.
    • Long term roles and short term roles available
    • Standard hours 8am-5pm (hours might be different)
    • Monday to Friday (Weekend work available) - weekly pay
