Job description

Carpenter - West, South West, City of London

We are looking for experienced 1st and 2nd fix Carpenter for high end residential and commercial construction projects in and around Kensington and Chelsea.

We guarantee weekly pay!

Current locations:

  • Holland Park
  • Hyde Park
  • Kensington

Main Duties:

  • 1st fix (plaster boarding, timber framing, flooring etc.)
  • 2nd fix (Hanging doors, skirting and architraves and SASH windows etc.)

Requirements:

  • Experience on high spec residential or commercial sites
  • CSCS is strongly preferred but not essential
  • Must have own tools
  • UK right to work

Job Details:

  • Carpenter
  • Start ASAP
  • Ongoing work
  • 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Mon-Fri - Some weekends available
  • Rates from £190-£200p/d CIS depending on experience

    Finance Manager - Kensington

    Our client is an incredibly well established contractor that works on some of London's most exclusive high end refurbishments.

    They are on the lookout for a highly motivated, well organised and adaptable Finance Manager to head up their Finance division. They require someone that has experience directing a Finance team within the Construction industry. This is a great opportunity manage the financial functions of one of London's most esteemed luxury residential refurbishment contractor!

    The ideal Finance Manager will have:

    • A degree in a Finance or Accounting
    • Experience working in Finance within the Construction industry
    • Ability to problem solve
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent written English and numeracy skills

    • Location: Kensington
    • Salary: £45-55,000 per annum
