Administrator - South West London

Our client is a luxury residential refurbishment contractor based in South West London.

They are looking for an Administrator to join their tight knit team. You'll play a key part in the team supporting the management team, being the first point of contact in the office, maintain project documentation, and provide general administrative support. This is a great opportunity to join an established business that works on some incredible projects!

The ideal Administrator will have/be:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proactive and enthuastic approach
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    Our clients are well established in the high-end residential construction market with projects in Southwest London & Central London. We are looking for experienced groundworkers, rates from £190p/d CIS.

    Main Duties:

    • Digging strip footings & test holes
    • Underpinning and foundation works
    • Demolition works

    Requirements:

    • Relevant experience
    • Contactable references
    • CSCS Card
    • Happy to muck in

    Job Details:

    • Monday - Friday
    • Rates: £190-200p/d CIS
    • Standard hours 8am-5pm
    • Ongoing work
