Administrator - Battersea (Hybrid Working Role)

Our client is a Plumbing Contractor that works on high end residential and commercial projects around South West and Central London.

They are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team, working between home and their office in Battersea. It is a client focused role where you will be taking jobs from customers, allocating them to engineers and invoicing for the work that has been done. It is a permanent role with a very stable but growing business with opportunities to progress for someone that takes initiative and is proactive.

The ideal Administrator will have:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proactive and enthuastic approach
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, in house CRM)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
