Site Manager - Northampton
Our client is a respected turnkey services contractor covering most aspects of the construction industry from M&E to fit out services and deals with very exclusive blue-chip clients.
They are currently looking for a Site Manager in Northampton with a history of working and completing commercial projects, as well as having an understanding of or background in M&E.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Manager
- Mechanical background or understanding
- Proven history of reviewing and submitting permits and RAMS
- Conducting safe starts/toolbox talks
- Very good computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
- Excellent written/verbal English and paperwork skills
Certificates & checks required:
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- First Aid and CSCS
- DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced
Job details:
- Start date: October 1st
- Location: Northampton
- Hours: 7am to 4pm (9hrs)
- Salary: £250 - £280 pd
