Operations Administrator - Park Royal

Our client is a specialist subcontractor that works on high end projects across London. Their product is incredibly niche and they are market leaders in what they do.

They are looking for an Operations Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis working on their domestic projects based in their office in Park Royal. It is a client focused role where you will be organising and arranging jobs, being the first point of contact for customers and completing general administrative tasks.

The ideal Operations Administrator will have:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proactive and enthuastic approach
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Salesforce, Sharepoint)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
