Our client is a specialist subcontractor that works on high end projects across London.
They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Site Manager to manage a project on a main contractor site. The right candidate will have a strong background managing projects for a subcontractor on a main contractor site. This an excellent opportunity to join an established company with exciting projects.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 2 years Site Management experience as a Subcontractor on a Main Contractor site
- Experience handling exclusive clients and architects
- H&S experience with inductions, permits and RAMS
- Running labour and directing sub-contractors
- Excellent IT skills
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Stratford
- Salary: £250 to £280 per day
