Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across England and deals with very exclusive clients.
They are looking for a Site Manager to working on a project in Manchester area to start ASAP. They require someone with experience as a Site Manager working on fit out projects with an M&E bias. The right candidate will be kept on long term with the company as they have a strong pipeline of work.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out and M&E projects
- Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Manchester area
- Salary: £50-60K a year (depending on experience)
