Maintenance carpenter - Various Locations in South West and Central London.

We are looking for an experienced maintenance carpenter for a well-established high spec residential client who have a great portfolio of completed high end projects

Candidates must be confident working alone, client facing and self-motivated to complete jobs within a timely manner to a high standard. Jobs are located in various South-West and central locations. The successful candidate will have access to a company van.

Main Duties:

  • General maintenance on high spec residential houses
  • Including but not limited to; carpentry, fitting doors, changing hinges, replacing ironmongery, replacing skirting, kitchen alternations and various other tasks

Requirements:

  • High end residential maintenance/carpenter experience
  • CSCS Card or Certificate
  • Own tools required
  • Valid, clean drivers licence

Job Details:

  • Maintenance carpenter
  • ASAP start for right person
  • Ongoing work
  • Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. OOH as required
  • Rate £190 to £200p/d CIS
  • Sites around South West and Central London
  • Van and fuel card provided by the company

    Candidates must be confident working alone, client facing and self-motivated to complete jobs within a timely manner to a high standard. Jobs are in various locations around South-West & Central London. The successful candidate will also have access to a company van & fuel card.

    Main Duties:

    • General maintenance on high spec residential houses.
    • Including but not limited to; Carpentry, fitting doors, changing hinges, replacing ironmongery, replacing skirting, kitchen alternations & various other tasks.
    • Meeting sub-contractors on-site

    Requirements:

    • High end residential maintenance/carpentry experience
    • CSCS Card or Certificate
    • NVQ2 Carpentry & joinery preferred

    • DBS check
