Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb projects and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their close knit team working mainly office based in Hammersmith. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to grow with an established contractor (incorporated in 2012) working on projects from £2-6mil in value.
They are happy to look at candidates with varying levels of experience - from graduates to people with years of experience.
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have/be:
- A qualification or degree relating to Quantity Surveying
- Client facing and presentable
- Strong Numeracy skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Office - Hammersmith, Sites - Central/West London
- Salary: £40 - 70k per annum
