Estimator - City of London/East London

Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across Central London and deals with very exclusive clients.

They are looking for an Estimator to join the team with experience working on commercial fit out projects and an understanding of M&E services. You will spend a lot of time out on site with clients and so must be comfortable in a client facing role. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an already established contractor with a strong pipeline of work and opportunities to progress.

The ideal Estimator will have:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Estimator on commercial fit out projects
  • Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office

Job details:

  • Start date: Flexible for the right person
  • Location: Central/East London
  • Salary: £45-60,000 PAYE

    They are currently recruiting for Multi Trader Operatives to work on commercial fit out and fabric maintenance projects in London.

    Main Duties:

    • Carpentry/Dry lining, painting & decorating, tape & jointing
    • Experience carrying out maintenance tasks on commercial projects
    • Working in live environments

    Requirements:
