Our client is a highly reputable Fit Out Contractor.
They are looking for a Project Manager to work on their healthcare framework projects carrying out fit out projects from 50k . You must have experience managing subbies as well as interacting and building relationships with clients. They are happy to look at candidates with varying levels of experience!
The ideal candidate will have:
- Construction experience managing multiple projects at once
- Experience handling clients and building relationships
- Experience working on Healthcare projects
- Directing sub-contractors

Site Manager
Site Manager - City of London
Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across London and deals with very exclusive clients.
They are looking for a Site Manager to start on Monday 4th on an office fit out project in Liverpool Street. The project has two to three weeks left so they need someone that has experience at the snagging stage of projects. They require someone with experience as a Site Manager working on office fit out projects. As the project is coming to a close they are looking for someone that is happy to work overtime and weekends if required.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager on office fit out projects
- Proven history of managing teams of trades and labour, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety regulations
- Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
- Excellent written English and paperwork skills
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
