They require someone with experience as a Project Manager on commercial fit out contracts working with corporate, high profile clients. They carry out small works and fabric maintenance projects so are looking for someone that has experience with running similar projects.   The ideal Project Manager will have/be:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Project Manager on commercial fit out (fabric work) projects
  • Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
  • Comfortable with being DBS checked

  Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb projects and are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team.

  You would be working on their small projects arm of the business alongside the Project Manager that runs the division. They work on anything from maintenance tasks to £500k refurbishments e.g. kitchen or bathroom refurbs. It will be a varied and fast paced role and so requires someone with excellent organisational skills, as well as someone that is happy to be client facing.

  The ideal Assistant Project Manager will have/be:

  • A qualification or degree relating to Project Management or experience managing projects
  • Client facing and presentable
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across Central London and England, and deals with very exclusive clients.

  They are currently recruiting for a Working Supervisor to work on commercial fit out and fabric maintenance projects in London and occasionally outside of London. They want someone from a trade background (ideally a Carpenter) that can work on the tools as well as manage a small team. This is a great opportunity to get in with a business that has a strong pipeline of work, have lots of overtime on offer and are industry leaders at what they do.

  The ideal Working Supervisor will have:

  • Supervisory experience on commercial fit out/fabric maintenance projects
  • Carpentry background preferred
  • SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card
  • Experience running labour
  • Experience working in live environments
  • Driving License and experience driving a van
  • Happy to work night shifts and weekends when required

  • Salary: £180 to £210 per day
