Multi Trader - City of London, Canary Wharf
Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across Central London and England.
They are currently recruiting for Multi Trader Operatives to work on commercial fit out and fabric maintenance projects in London.
Main Duties:
- Carpentry/Dry lining, painting & decorating, tape & jointing
- Experience carrying out maintenance tasks on commercial projects
- Working in live environments
Requirements:
- Contactable references
- CSCS Card
- IPAF & PASMA (preferred, but no essential)
- Driving licence (driving company van between sites)
- DBS Check - Basic (will be completed upon appointment if not current)
Job Details:
- Start ASAP for the right person
- Mon-Fri - OT weekends
- Earn between £170-190p/d CIS
- Standard hours 7:00am-4:00pm

Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across London and deals with very exclusive clients.
They are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to work on a Commercial Office Fitout project in Canary Wharf. This project is expected to run until November 2025 with a requirement for someone that is happy to work overtime and weekends as needed.
The ideal Logistics Manager will have:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a logistics Manager on office fit out projects
- Experience working in live environments
- The ability to develop and implement a logistics strategy that aligns with project objectives and timelines.
- Expertise in coordinating material and equipment deliveries, ensuring timely availability and efficient storage on-site.
- Strong skills in managing site traffic and vehicle access to maintain safety and prevent congestion.
- A thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a commitment to promoting sustainable logistics practices.
- Excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed, provide regular updates, and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
- Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
- Excellent written English and paperwork skills

Site Manager - City of London
Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across London and deals with very exclusive clients.
They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a £15m Commercial Office Fitout project in Canary Wharf. This project is expected to run until November 2025 with a requirement for someone that is happy to work overtime and weekends as needed.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Site Manager on office fit out projects with values exceeding £10m
- Experience working in live environments
- Proven history of managing subcontractors and teams of trades, labour and ensuring productivity and compliance with safety regulations
- Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
- Excellent written English and paperwork skills
- Proficient in coding, coordinating, and scheduling tasks alongside other trades.
- Flexible in adapting to change and skilled at handling stress in demanding situations.
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
- NVQ Level 3 Trade background
Job details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: City of London, Canary Wharf
- Standard Hours: Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm
- Salary: £280 to £300 per day
- OT weekends (paid at 1.5x)
