Working Foreman- City of London

Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across Central London and England.

They are currently recruiting for a Working Foreman to work on commercial fit out and fabric maintenance projects in London and occasionally outside of London (must have Drivers License). They want someone from a trade background (ideally a Carpenter, Dryliner or Painter) that can work on the tools as well as manage a small team.

This is a great opportunity to get in with a business that has a strong pipeline of work, have lots of overtime on offer and are industry leaders at what they do.

The ideal Working Foreman will have:

  • Supervisory experience on commercial fit out/fabric maintenance projects
  • Carpentry/Drylining/Painting background
  • SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card
  • Valid UK Driver License
  • Experience running labour
  • Experience working in live environments
  • Happy to work night shifts and weekends

    Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across London and deals with very exclusive clients.

    They are looking for a Site Manager to start on Monday 4th on an office fit out project in Liverpool Street. The project has two to three weeks left so they need someone that has experience at the snagging stage of projects. They require someone with experience as a Site Manager working on office fit out projects. As the project is coming to a close they are looking for someone that is happy to work overtime and weekends if required.

    The ideal Site Manager will have:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager on office fit out projects
    • Proven history of managing teams of trades and labour, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety regulations
    • Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
