Our client is a prime residential refurbishment contractor.
They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Foreman to join their team. They are refurbishing two apartments and are looking for a Foreman to be responsible for one of the apartments working under a Project Manager. This is a client with a strong pipeline of work and will keep the right person busy long term.
The ideal Foreman will have/be:
- Minimum of 1 years experience as a Foreman working on a high end residential refurbishment
- SSSTS
- Experience setting out
- Running labour and directing sub-contractors
- Excellent IT skills - experience using main contractor information systems (Aconex, 4projects etc)
Job details:
- Start date: Start of September
- Location: City of London
- Salary: £200-250 per day
