Senior Project Manager - Cambridge

Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across England and has built a strong pipeline of work for 2022 and beyond.

They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and oversee the build of a Care Home in Cambridge; duration of the project should be 18 months. They require someone with experience working for a Tier One Contractor on projects with values of £10mil . They also have another care home project based in Stratford starting at the end of this year and would like someone that would be flexible to travel into London to work on that project as well.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Project Manager on commercial fit out projects for Tier One Contractors
Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
Excellent computer skills and familiar with Sharepoint, Excel and Office
