Site Manager - Office Fit Out (Birmingham)
Our client is a well-established commercial fit out contractor, seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a £1 million CAT B office fit-out project in Birmingham. The project is set to begin in mid-October and will span 14 weeks. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a proven track record of managing similar office fit-out projects.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Site Manager, specifically on office fit-out projects, with a preference for CAT B experience.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams of trades and labour, ensuring productivity and safety compliance.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Paperwork: Excellent written English and strong organizational skills for handling paperwork and documentation.
- Certifications: SMSTS and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
Salary: £260 to £300 CIS

Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
