Job Description

As a result of rapid growth within the company, two opportunities have arisen for energetic and dedicated Projects Coordinators to supervise the construction of quality homes on time, within budget and to contractual arrangements .

One is required in the Gunnedah NSW region and the other in Mackay Queensland.

The role will see you assisting and coordinating projects up to a total build cost of $3M .

This position will be responsible for:

  • Providing unbeatable customer service
  • The allocation of materials and trades to job sites to ensure timely construction of homes
  • Ensuring that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and approved drawings
  • Inspecting completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship
  • Ensuring that homes are completed on time and within the allocated budget
  • Ensuring construction is carried out safely and in accordance with company processes and systems
  • Liaising with customers and council
  • Ensuring that the required documentation and paperwork is completed during the building process

To be considered for the role you will be required to have

  • A Building Trade Certificate with 3-5 years experience with a project home builder in a similar position
  • The desire and ability to provide "Unbeatable Customer Service".
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Project would be an advantage
