Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an account manager to join one of the UKs leading interior fit-out companies. Based in the City of London this growing company has been trading for over 20 years and with a good pipeline of work in the foreseeable future, an on-site account manager in one of London's most prestigious buildings is key.

As an account manager you will have overall responsibility to ensure that the client's needs are well understood and met while potential business opportunities are indentified and pursued.

You will ideally be from a facilities management or interiors project management background and display skills in the following areas:

  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Risk management
  • Planning, co-ordinating and resource management
  • Procedural paperwork and ensure best practice is maintained at all times
  • Reporting including daily progress reports, health and safety documentation and KPIs

As this a client facing role in a corporate environment, maintaining a professional appearance is paramount.
